Creative Manager, insightsoftware

Led in-house creative team and external partners in fast-paced SaaS environment, successfully delivering over 40 brand and marketing design projects per week, including 2000+ social media assets and 100+ product marketing brochures annually. 

  • Oversaw cross-functional team communication and workflows, managing creative resources and project timelines based on negotiated service-level agreements.

  • Oversaw development of internal design standard operating procedures library.

  • Managed ongoing development and execution of brand guidelines, including rollout and communication of quarterly updates.

Partnered with creative agencies and clients to develop brand & identity programs, marketing collateral and annual reports, UI/UX design, digital advertising, illustration and environmental graphics. 

  • Designed print and digital marketing campaign for AstroTurf in partnership with FWV Distilled agency. 

  • Illustrated and directed production of the Sarah P. Duke Gardens annual report in partnership with Stop Studios. 

  • UI/UX development for UC411.com, Canada’s leading education assistance website.

  • Worked with global marketing company MediaSpan to design web and email campaigns in sponsorship with Perrier, US Air Force, and Universal Studios. 

 
 

Marketing Communications Design Lead, Cree

Led development of New Product Introduction marketing communications for $1B LED lighting company. Hired and directed web designer. Built network of creative partners, including photographers, exhibit designers, video production companies, CGI developers and graphic designers.  

  • Developed and implemented brand identity system and guidelines for Lighting division, including marketing collateral, web campaigns, videos, and product and application photography.  

  • Partnered with Corporate leadership to develop enterprise-level brand guidelines.
